Lilith has a big ego from someone just brushing 5’4.’’ She is prideful to the point of arrogance in regards to her independence. After years of emotional abuse from her family, she holds separating herself from them as one of her greatest achievements to date. Still, the lack of ‘love’ in Lilith’s home impressed upon her that others will use her desires to manipulate her. This bred a liar who often has multiple ‘schemes’ on the go.

Investigative by nature, Lilith is able to connect seemingly unrelated events into a larger picture. Before Midwich, she spent the bulk of her recreational time working on a podcast about the history behind different ‘hauntings’ and brushes with the paranormal. It soothed her to explain the unexplained.

This changed when Lilith and Trevor encountered their first real demon. Now impaired by her own paranoia, Lilith’s talents are further corrupted by a diabolic influence which causes her, at times, to become obsessively focused on minor details. The reasoning behind this has yet to be seen.

Generally Lilith is untrusting, with the exception of Trevor, one of few people she has formed a genuine empathetic connection with.

In a rare, intense, feeling of putting someone else first, Lilith would sacrifice herself if it meant Trevor could escape.

Due to Trevor and Lilith’s multiple run-ins with demons, Lilith has taken it upon herself to become the duo’s mastermind. She is able to fill this role as her encounters with major demonic entities have triggered her latent psychic abilities.

The demonically induced ‘dissonance’ between her mind and body has given her a surprisingly high tolerance for pain; she can simply choose not to register it.

While impressive, two of her abilities require her to leave her physical form vulnerable as her mind perceives what humans should not know. Despite technically being ‘unconscious’ in these states, she does not gain the benefits of sleep while her mind is still active. In some cases, when she sees something incomprehensible, it can directly sap the strength from her. This causes a bone-deep exhaustion only rectified by a proper night's sleep. Until then, she is sluggish, irritable, and more prone to paranoia than usual. The long term effects of temporarily stretching her comprehension of the world before shrinking it back to fit in her physical brain have yet to be witnessed - but it’s only a matter of time.









Oneiromancy - A form of divination that predicts the future through Lilith’s dreams. She is unable to control how or when she receives these prophecies, and indeed does not know what the source of the visions are. Her research into the matter has given her the insight that historically oneiromancy is considered a gift from the gods. Lilith doesn’t not believe herself so lucky.




Lie Detection - An intuitive psychic ability that Lilith developed after an encounter with a shapeshifting demon. While it gives her no inclination of the truth, she will almost always notice when someone is lying to her. The more obvious the lie the clearer it registers as a deception. However, character lies and lies of omission can be missed by this sense.




Astral Projection - Lilith is able to enter a meditative trance (typically induced through sleep) and ‘leave’ her physical body. She is unsure whether it is her mind, soul, or both doing the traveling, but she is aware that if she strays too far from her physical form she begins to ‘forget’ things. As a precaution Lilith avoids using this ability outside of controlled environments.






TREVOR - HOME
